To ensure the best fit, it is advisable to measure your chest and waist at their widest points. For chest measurement, wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the ground. For waist measurement, measure around the narrowest part of your waist. If your measurements fall between sizes, it is generally recommended to choose the larger size for comfort.
