Amaira Return Policy

We don’t provide returns and exchanges. 

Your product undergoes a thorough quality check by our team before sending it to you. But still in case of receipt of damaged, defective or incorrect product items,
1. please report the same to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery and make sure an unpacking video is recorded for the same. 
2. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at her own end. 
3. The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
4. The product should be sent back to us, we don't provide reverse pickups, shipping charges will be paid by us for the same.

5.  You will either receive a replacement product (if available in stock) or refund (as a store credit / bank account)

PLEASE NOTE THAT UNPACKING VIDEO IS NEEDED TO CLAIM ANY DEFECT OR DAMAGE TO MAKE SURE THAT PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN TAMPERED.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, kindly email us at amairatheboutique@gmail.com within 36 hours of delivery. Your email should include the clear images detailing the issue.
