General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Location
We ship to all PIN-codes across India.
Delivery Time
1. All the ready to ship products will be shipped in 2-3 working days.
2. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days from the date of shipping . Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
3. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery time for pre-booked products:
1. Pre-booking products will be shipped within 18-21 working days . product will be delivered in 22-27 working days.
2. For further queries about it , you can mail us or contact us directly.
3. If any of the pre-booking products get delayed, customer can cancel their order and the amount will be refunded to the same account.

Return and exchange policy:
We don’t provide returns and exchanges.
Your product undergoes a thorough quality check by our team before sending it to you. But still in case of receipt of damaged or defective items,
1. please report the same to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery and make sure an unpacking video is recorded for the same.
2. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at her own end.
3. The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
4. The product should be sent back to us, we don't provide reverse pickups, shipping charges will be paid by us for the same.5. You will either receive a replacement product (if available in stock) or refund (as a store credit / bank account)

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on amairaboutique.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, the shade of product you are seeing in videos or pictures may vary a bit from original.
