Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Amaira, we take great care in delivering your products safely and efficiently. We partner with reputed national courier services to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Delivery Location
We ship to all PIN-codes across India.

Delivery Time
1. All the ready to ship products will be shipped in 2-3 working days. 
2. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days from  the date of shipping . Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
3. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Orders within India are typically delivered within 3-10 working days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, location, and unforeseen circumstances.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM to 7 PM, excluding public holidays and Sundays.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via mail that your order is dispatched.

Address changes are only possible if the order has not been shipped and if the new address is within the same state.

Delays & Order Exceptions

Unforeseen Delays: Delivery times may be impacted due to unexpected factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or transportation issues.

If your order is delayed beyond two weeks from the estimated delivery time, we will contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed or request a refund/store credit.

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your order due to production issues, we will offer you an alternative option, store credit, or a full refund.
